Aluminum Composite Panels

FORTUNE ACP is an aluminum composite material that is produced by bonding two thin sheets of aluminum on either side of a thermoplastic core to create a composite panel. The aluminum surface has been pre-finished, coil coated, prior to lamination in a variety of paint finishes. FORTUNE ACP provides an ACM that offers the rigidity of heavy gauge sheet metal in a lightweight aluminum faced composite material. It also offers superior flatness, vibration dampening, extreme durability and ease of maintenance.

FORTUNE ACP requires no special tools for fabrication, ordinary woodworking and metal working tools are all that are needed. Fabrication techniques are easily accomplished by cutting, grooving, punching, drilling, bending and rolling.
